Darauf aufbauend wurden die Werte für den Fußkreisdurchmesser und die Zähnezahl ermittelt. Im Anschluss wurde der optimale Achsabstand ermittelt und die Auswahl der Kugellager getroffen. Die Berechnung der Lebensdauer erfolgte im Anschluss. Die Berechnung der Zahnräder erfolgte über die Werte des Zahnkopf-, Zahnfuß- und Wälzkreisdurchmessers, der Zahnbreite, Zahnradnabenbreite und Aufteilung der Profilverschiebung. Parallel wurden in keeping with CAD-Software die Wellen und Zahnräder konstruiert.

Nach der Konstruktion wurden die Durchbiegung und die Lagerneigung berechnet, die Dauerfestigkeit der Antriebswelle ermittelt und die maximalen Betriebstunden der Lager ermittelt.
